- Description: For sale is 1 complete SIDE LIFT UP WINDOW CONVERSION - RETROFIT KIT for the ARB Ascent canopy, ONE SIDE ONLY, whichever side you need.
- Condition: This ARB Ascent side lift up window re-trofit kit is used, GENUINE ARB PARTS that came off a damaged Mazda BT50 ARB Ascent canopy which I completely dismantled to sell as spare parts. The kit will allow you to change your existing POP OUT side window to a LIFT UP side window with all the other additional kit that EVEN ARB DONT SELL. This is a complete plug and play kit, no professional electrician involved as existing wiring plugs is already in your Ascent canopy. I will show you how its done.
- What is included in the kit: The kit as in the first photo includes everything for you to change over from a pop out to a lift up side window. All the associated wiring, button, gas struts, lift up winodw frame with all the associated rubber seal, catching hinge plastic cover, relay and central locking actuator. PLEASE NOTE ALL THESE ARE GENUINE ARB parts that came off a damaged ARB Ascent canopy, THIS COMPLETE KIT IS NOT AFTERMARKET KIT and IS NOT AVAILABLE AT ARB.
- Issues/Faults: No
-Note:
* There are 2 extra things you need to do;
1, Because each canopy has different shape, the steel housing where the plastic cover sits on are different for each makes and model so that plate needs to be modified for it to sit properly (please mentioned is in the last 2 photos)
2, Each lift up window on an ARB Ascent canopy requires 2.5 amps, you will need to increase the amperage by another 2.5amps for every window you ad simply by chaning the fuse in the fuse adapter existed in the ARB wiring kit, let's say from 2.5amps to 5amps for 2 lift windows or 7.5amps for 3 lift up windows.
* Photos of the lift up window on the Ascent canopy is for illustration only, ONY the window kit is for sale, NOT THE WHOLE CANOPY.
* Canopy window vent catch, converts lift up side windows to pop & lift, on Ascent canopy is now available at ARB if you need extra air circulation in the back of the ute (ARB Part # 4700050)
